Our TOMRAs, laser-based sorters, reject 99% of foreign matter, positioning us ahead of the competition. This technology works by detecting the biometric characteristics of objects, giving us the certainty of having just 1 particle of shell per 300 pounds of finished product.

Our Certifications
Laboratory
Our internal laboratory has more than 12 years of experience and is certified and accredited under ISO/IEC 17025:2017 demonstrating technical competence and validation to all the tests elaborated.
The laboratory is able to elaborate physicochemical and microbiological tests like Salmonella, Listeria, E-coli, among 10 others for the nut industry or even other foods. If interested in more information please click below.

We pack our conventional and organic pecans in 1400 pound Totes, 30 pound cardboard boxes with vac pack if needed and pouches.

We can custom pack our natural pecans and all of our pecan based products under our clients private label brand, adequating all packaging and labeling as needed. Including jars, bags, and bulk containers.
